2 Member Account Terms

Accounts confirmed to have been registered by individuals below the minimum age will be immediately deactivated and all balances will be frozen.

2.2 One Account per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on moli77. Owning more than one account under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address is considered a violation. moli77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances held within them.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Data

Members must complete the registration form with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Using a false identity, fictitious details, or another person's data is a serious violation that will result in permanent account closure without balance refund.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Moli77 applies a KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure that must be completed before a Member can make their first withdrawal. The KYC process includes verification of an official identity document (national ID or passport) and a selfie with that document. Accounts that have not completed KYC cannot process withdrawals above the set limit.

3 Deposit and Payment

Moli77 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via a variety of available payment methods, including QRIS, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and bank transfers to major banks in Indonesia. All deposit transactions are processed automatically and the balance is credited to the Member's account upon payment confirmation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Moli77 does not charge additional fees for deposit transactions under normal conditions.
• Funds deposited into a moli77 account may only be used for betting on the platform and are non-refundable except under specifically regulated circumstances.

4 Withdrawal

Members may request a withdrawal at any time, provided the available balance meets the minimum withdrawal requirement. Withdrawals are processed automatically by the moli77 system and are typically completed in under 3 minutes for e-wallets and 5–15 minutes for bank transfers, depending on banking network conditions at the time.

• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are subject to lower withdrawal limits.

5 Bonus and Promotions

• Every bonus has rollover requirements that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn.

• Matches that are postponed and not resumed within the designated timeframe will be considered void and all bets will be refunded.
• Live betting can only be placed while a match is in progress; the system automatically stops accepting bets when the feed is interrupted.
• In the event of match results deemed abnormal or subject to external manipulation, moli77 reserves the right to review and void the relevant bets.

6.2 Live Casino and Slot Games

• All Live Casino games feature real dealers broadcast in real time; game results are final.
• Internet connection issues on the Member's end do not entitle the Member to cancel bets already executed by the system.
• Slot Games use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure fair and random outcomes.
• Jackpots and other large prizes are subject to verification before being credited to the Member's account.

7 Prohibitions and Abuse

Moli77 enforces a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of platform abuse. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account deactivation and possible forfeiture of account balance:

• Use of bots or automated software to place bets or exploit the system.
• Collusion — colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage at the game table.
• Intentional bonus arbitrage — registering multiple accounts or different identities solely to claim bonuses repeatedly.

10 Account Closure

Members may close their moli77 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any available balance will be processed for refund after verification, provided there are no active violations currently under investigation.

Moli77 also reserves the right to close or suspend a Member's account unilaterally under the following circumstances:

• Found to have violated any of the terms set out in this document.
• Account is involved in activity suspected of fraud or money laundering.
• The Member is confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
• Account has been inactive for a period exceeding the limit set by moli77's internal policy.
